The flowers are peaking through,
the birds are chirping.

As you twirl around in the grass,
the wind is whistling through vibrant new leaves.
swoosh swoosh
The squishing of fine smelling lush soil,
as you walk across the sunparched field.
squish squish
You start to hum a jolly tune,
the gentle buzz of a fly passing by.
bzz bzz
Children giggling while frolicking in the garden,
the faint trickle of dew in the fresh spring morning.
drip drip
As you look around you,
you must think to yourself,
Oh, what a beautiful spring.
